"12-20-07 Appearance: Think of a light maple gold (early-run syrup colour).
Nose: Maple for sure, with some spicy and floral notes.
Palate: Sweet with moderate acidity, heavyweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with some midpalate richness and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Think of a somewhat spicy maple icewine and you will be close to the truth on this lovely product. Capable of at least five years, not sure if the acid is high enough for long-term storage. Good now, but itself." lfw
