Nose: Tropical fruit with a floral/citrus character.
Palate: Just off dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Pleasant spiciness adds to the fruit promised on the nose, clean and inviting through the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: A blend of cayuga and St-Pépin, this is a good example of what these grapes can make in a cold climate. Try this with most standard white meats, fowl and fish, even those with moderately strong flavours. Nicely done." lfw
