"12-21-07 Appearance: Cherry/salmon.
Nose: Cherry, strawberry, light spicy and citrus notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Nice followthrough from the nose, adding pear flavours, with rich mouthfeel and a bit of warmth on the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Very much a food rose, think of this as a light red and use it in place of such. Could age three years." lfw
