"12-20-07 Appearance: light orange gold.
Nose: Lightly spicy apricot/peach/pear with a bit of mineral character.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Lots of flavour to follow the nose, deep colour comes from the fact that the ripe grapes are really pink not white. Great rich mouthfeel, fresh flavours, long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Excellent food wine tastes much like a good riesling/traminer blend, and should age for five years. Will probably develop something like petrol in time. Exciting new stuff from some unknown grape." lfw
