"08-18-07 Appearance: Salmon/light ruby.
Nose: Cherry, strawberry and an herbal component.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Clean palate nicely follows the nose, with light tannins and some silkiness on the good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Nicely made food rose for general usage, this would rarely be out of place. The refreshing acid and fruit make this a winner, one which could even age three years. Try it with almost any foods you'd eat outdoors in the summer." lfw
