"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Light ruby with some browning.
Nose: Cherry, strawberry and light spicy oak.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate adds a beety earthiness to the nose, with dusty tannins and some silkiness on the midpalate. Good clean long dry finish.
Conclusions: Lighter style of pinot from a lean year could age well for five years, and would sit well with lighter foods." lfw
