"DATE: 04-11-09 (tasted during 2009 Ontario Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Soft nose with light tropical fruit notes, a bit of breadiness and light spicy oak.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate follows the nose. Lemony grapefruit notes on the attack, with light dusty tannins showing on the midpalate and a good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: More towards the lighter than heavier end of oaked chardonnay, quite foodworthy wine good for the next three years. Will soften in another year." lfw
