"DATE: 11-22-08 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Sweet cherry, spicy oak, cassis, raspberry, light leather.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with ripe cassis on the attack, some richness on the midpalate, and light ripe tannins throughout the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Useful Cab Sauv for general usage is good now, will be better in 2010. Should see seven years easily. Working well with food now, will put on aromatics and more complexity in time." lfw
