"DATE: 05-06-08 Appearance: Deep ruby with hints of mahogany at the rim.
Nose: Spicy oak, cassis, raspberry, light chocolate and a floral note.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Big attack follows the nose, adding some peppery, dusty tannins on the austere midpalate. Very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Excellent fruit, lots of flavours here, but need another two years to integrate properly. Nice now with foods, will develop into a great stand-alone experience over the next five years and last another five." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.

A deep ruby colour with black currants and mints aromas.

The palate is full bodied with fine tannins.
