"DATE: 05-07-08 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Big fruit salad nose, rich, clean and spicy.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Palate follows the nose (but not as heavy as you'd expect), with some fat midpalate, rich but not over the top, good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: One is always tempted to age Viognier, but every expert I've ever talked to says not to, so I'll say drink within two years. Would be great now with spicy foods, but it's also a real treat by itself. A pleasant assault on the senses." lfw

The colour and nose hinting at something sweeter but the actual taste being dry with a variety of nuance both on the tongue and afterwards."
