"DATE: 07-03-05 Appearance: White gold.
Nose: Intense honeyed nose with some sharpness suggested.
Palate: Sweet with moderate acidity, heavyweight. Big honeyed flavours and spicey side-notes make this a delight in the mouth for one who loves honey. Long, long finish, cleanly done.
Conclusions: Very nice mead which should age for many years, mellowing and losing it's edge after 4 or 5 years. Very nicely done." lfw
