Nose: Baked apple and strawberry pie with light spices.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, heavyweight. Huge strawberry flavours on the palate, not a hint of the plastic that sometimes plagues strawberry wine, some green apple tones midpalate (which is very rich) and the spices come through on the long clean finish. Very much like a glass of strawberry pie.
Conclusions: Wonderful wine, superb flavours, will likely age well for 3 years or so but why bother?" lfw
