"DATE: 06-14-08 Appearance: As ordered - the colour is cherry, with a light brown chocolate colour at the rim.
Nose: The aromatics are indeed black forest cake. Cherries, chocolate, vanilla, spice.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with light tannins, rich mouthfeel, soft midpalate and a great chocolaty long finish.
Conclusions: Great value dessert wine is better than the 2004, richer, fuller. The only people who will like this are the few of us who love chocolate... cellar for five if you want to, great now." lfw
