"DATE: 01-06-08 Appearance: Strawberry orange.
Nose: Strawberry dominates with rhubarb, spice and light floral notes.
Palate: Just off-dry with good acidity, midweight. Big flavours follow the nose, with some richness and a bit of fat midpalate, and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: A bit like a strawberry rhubarb pie (esp on the nose) but much less sweet than you might expect. This would probably work nicely with the big bird and veggies, or with roast white fowl or lightly flavoured fish dishes. Not for long keeping, drink by 2010." lfw
