"DATE: 05-06-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Appley with some spicy and floral notes.
Palate: Off dry with moderate to good acidity, light to midweight. Palate adds pear flavours and a light pleasant astringency to the nose, with some silkiness on the midpalate and a good clean finish.
Conclusions: Pleasant social style wine for general usage, would be as welcome alone on a summer day as it would be at the table with the big bird at a holiday feast. Should last two years, but is probably at its best in its fresh fruity youth." lfw
