"DATE: 01-04-08 Appearance: Straw with nice persistent moderately fine mousse.
Nose: Big rich honeyed apple with light spices.
Palate: Medium with good acidity, light to midweight. Wonderful honeyed apple with a great creaminess midpalate, and a long clean finish. Exactly what the eye and nose promised.
Conclusions: Exceptionally dangerous summertime wine/cider/mead whatever you want to call it. Best by itself, but would also work well with hot or spicy foods. Different, worth the trip to get it." lfw
