"DATE: 11-23-08 Appearance: Gold.
Nose: Intense apple pie nose, including vanilla, cinnamon and herbal notes.
Palate: Sweet with very good acidity, midweight plus. Palate nicely follows the nose, with a rich, soft midpalate and a very long clean finish. Very nice spicy aftertaste.
Conclusions: Great dessert wine for now or ten years from now. Very good quality, another nice Canadian Iced Apple wine, potentially something that can be made coast to coast." lfw
