"DATE: 08-22-07 Appearance: Peach / gold.
Nose: Lifted pear, quite intense, spicy as well.
Palate: Medium with good acidity, heavyweight. Big palate follows the nose, with an odd love-it-or-leave it high note. Butterscotch midpalate for sure, rich mouthfeel, big in every way except sugar, very long finish.
Conclusions: Unusual wine with an odd character that you'll love or not, one way or the other. Should last a long time (ten years plus), mellowing along the way. Not for the weak at heart for sure!" lfw
