WANTED: Young amateur winemaking apprentices in Peterborough

My qualifications to train an apprentice in winemaking are listed on the page JUST WHAT IN HELL IS A LITTLE FAT WINO ANYWAY?? which also has all the contact information and directions to my place.
Most people, senses dulled by years of looking at LCBO Food & Drink, and purchasing the mass-market factory produced additive-driven wines for sale at the local booze palace do not realize that amateur winemakers can make such wines given some experience and some learning. (Those who do like the big mass-market names should really investigate top-end (>$100) wine kits and brew-on-premises, ending up costing <$6 per bottle.)
Real wine, made from fresh grapes (or other fruit) can be made in small quantities if you know how, and are willing to do the work. It is not rocket science, though there are certainly tricks to know!
This is aimed specifically at younger people because the amateur winemaking group in Ontario is an ageing population, and, to put it bluntly, in 15 years they will need someone to help them lift their carboys!! (I'm a youngish 53 by AWO (Amateur Winemakers of Ontario) standards, but feel like a dinosaur when taking part in events in Quebec!)
If someone wishes to find such an arrangement other than in the Peterborough area, I would suggest getting in touch with the Amateur Winemakers of Ontario or perhaps sending an email to AWO President Bob Gibbon, and telling him you saw this article.
