"DATE: 03-30-07 Appearance: Light blueberry.
Nose: Both apple and blueberry show along with something floral/spicy.
Palate: Dryish with soft acidity, midweight. Clean flavours follow the nose, nice mouthfeel. Fruit-driven wine has spicy midpalate and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: This dry fruit wine would do very well with hot and spicy foods (not TOO hot or spicy) in the same way that an off-dry riesling would work. Good now, not for long keeping." lfw
