"DATE: 06-02-07 Appearance: Polished antique gold, very attractive.
Nose: Sweet with moderate acidity, heavyweight. Great maple syrup flavours meld with apple pie elements to form an incredibly rich wine. Rich from beginning to end, very long clean finish.
Palate: Soft and luscious, almost the definition of a dessert wine. Great wine for those who think they've had it all. I suspect that this could be aged ten years, the acidity may hold it back slightly here. Great right now. This is my favourite of all flavoured fruit wines. Bloody wonderful!
