"DATE: 06-28-08 Appearance: Light cranberry / salmon with persistent small bubbles.
Nose: Apples and cranberry, lightly spicy with a floral note.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Great followthrough from the nose to the palate, very nice mousse, clean almost zesty attack with some richness on the midpalate. Seamless followthrough to the good dryish clean finish.
Conclusions: Dangerous summer drink in that it could evaporate around me on a hot summer day. This is a truly social drink in that it is most enjoyable by itself. it might do well with hot or spicy foods, but I want it outside my tent near the lakeshore, chilled, at high noon on a hot mid-July day. Another of the great crew of artisinal Canadian ciders." lfw
