"DATE: 06-28-08 Appearance: Light ruby / cranberry with fine bubbles.
Nose: Raspberry, lovely fresh apple and a mineral note.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Bigger on the palate than the nose would suggest. Refreshing clean raspberry fruit on the atteck leads to a creamy/silky applley character on the midpalate, with a finish that lasts long and dries out as it persists, a nice show.
Conclusions: Drink within two years, great alone, but try this with a stir frey on the patio some evening. Another great cider (I prefer this to the cranberry) from a small Ontario producer. What is being overlooked is the number of such products in small wineries inside Canada." lfw
