LARDY'S WINETASTING NOTES Dry Fruit Wine

Ida Red Oak-Aged
Tech Information:
03-27-07 $ 9.95 (S: 0 A: 12.1) Winery

"DATE: 03-30-07 Appearance: Pale straw.
Nose: Baked apple, sweet oak, spice.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Fruit follows the nose, light tannins and more complex nuances hit midpalate and follow through the long clean finish.
Conclusions: This could easily be mistaken for a white grape-based wine. Quite tasty wine that would do well with a wide range of foods, think of it as you would a dry riesling, very versatile." lfw
