LARDY'S WINETASTING NOTES Dry Fruit Wine

McIntosh Oak Aged
Tech Information:
03-27-07 $ 9.95 (S: 0 A: 12.8) Winery

"DATE: 03-30-07 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Apple, pear, citrus, spicy oak.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Apple for sure, but hints of grapefruit and honey, and some spiciness midpalate. Very long clean finish.
Conclusions: This could easily be mistaken for a Chardonnay from somewhere, and could replace a general mid-range chardonnay in both social and food situations. Nicely done wine shows the versatility of apple wines." lfw
