"DATE: 08-29-07 Appearance: Gold with orange tints.
Nose: Raspberry of course, but the nose could easily suggest a vidal icewine with the peachy, honeyed spicy character.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, again with many similarities to vidal icewine. Complex wine. Bits of astringency and big mouthfeel midpalate. Good very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Unusual dessert wine is a great value compared to vidal icewines, and should be used in the same way. This would be quite nice with blue cheese." lfw
