"DATE: 06-11-07 Appearance: Rich golden brown.
Nose: Cinnamon/clove rich spicy nose blends well with the baked apple character and a caramel element.
Palate: Sweet with good acidity, heavyweight. Huge palate follows the nose, richness midpalate and a long clean powerful finish.
Conclusions: As one would expect from a wine of this name, kind of a spiced icewine made from apples. Wonderful product, great flavoured fruit wine that could age for many years." lfw
