"DATE: 12-21-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Blackberry, cherry, spicy oak, bits of dark chocolate and a touch of something pleasantly earthy.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with dusty tannins showing midpalate and lasting throughout the good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: This blend of Gamay, Foch and Lucy Kuhlmann is very workable at the table. Try this with lighter rather than heavier dishes, and within the next three years. Think of good Valpolicella." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Élevé en fût de chêne dense, d'une bouche souple et bien structurée aux arômes de fruits mûrs, ce vin s'achève sur une belle finale boisée et fumée.

Vin issu des plus vieilles vignes exploitées commercialement au Québec. Ces vignes de 20 ans ne produisent plus qu'une petite dizaine de grappes par plant ce qui apporte en terme de qualité une richesse aromatique difficilement comparable avec des vignes plus jeunes."
