AWC Registrar
The Chief Steward would be well advised to appoint a separate person to act as REGISTRAR. The REGISTRAR'S responsibilities are: 

	o   being in charge of the registration of entries See Registration.

	o   collecting results from the Judges.

	o   calculating winners See Champions.
