"DATE: 12-22-07 Appearance: Light ruby.
Nose: Strawberry, cherry, light floral character.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with deft oak touches, light dusty tannins and some softness midpalate. Good clean finish.
Conclusions: Easy to love Gamay would suit a wide range of lighter red-wine situations. Not for long keeping, drink by the end of 2010. Shows that mineral quality I'm starting to expect from the County." lfw
