"DATE: 08-27-07 "Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Light pear and floral aromatics.
Palate: Dry with good to fresh acidity, lightweight. Elegant steely attack leads to an austere midpalate with lovely mineral character, and a very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Very useful wine will seem almost painfully dry to the modern soft-and-easy LCBO general list consumer, but is a superb example of aperitif or lightly flavoured seafood wine. This will age up to ten years, developing petrol in four. Very nicely done for those who appreciate this lean style.
