Nose: Apple, doughy/yeasty/bready notes with light mineral notes and a hint of cinnamon.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, lovely creamy mousse, soft and silky on the midpalate. Very good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Soft style of good sparkling wine that just happens to be made from apples. Tasty now, should hold two or three years, subtitute this for sparkling grape wine anytime. Rich/soft balance of acid, sugar, fruit and alcohol." lfw
