"DATE: 09-26-08 Appearance: Deep ruby.
Nose: Big typical foch nose showing cranberry, dill, light spicy oak, cherry, a high-toned nose.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate is bigger than the nose, much softer than expected from the nose. Rich and fat on the midpalate, with light dusty tannins. Long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Best now with spaghetti / pasta dishes or spicy foods, drink by 2012." lfw
