"DATE: 09-24-08 Appearance: Straw with medium-small mousse.
Nose: Lovely muscat notes of ripe spicy tropical fruit, sweet herbs and a bit of citrus.
Palate: Medium dry with moderate to good acidity, light to midweight. Big flavours follow the palate but are not heavy in the mouth (low alcohol). Creamy mouthfeel, soft, rich, silky on the midpalate with a very long and spicy good clean fresh fruity finish.
Conclusions: Great substitute for good Asti, squeaky clean, extremely easy to drink and to like. Would sit best with a nice platter of cheese on a lazy hot summer day, chilled, or with an outdoors spicy stir fry. Probably not for long keeping, drink by 2010." lfw
