"DATE: 01-01-08 Appearance: Ruby with some brick at the rim.
Nose: Beet, cherry, peppers, sweet oak, deep intriguing aromatics.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Interesting and slightly funky palate nicely follows the nose, light dusty tanins midpalate with a good clean long finish. .
Conclusions: Real character here rather than heavy flavours, this should turn into a pinot lover's wine in five years, though it would work well at the table now." lfw
