LARDY'S WINETASTING NOTES Medium Bodied Red Wine
2004 Baco Noir
Tech Information: 07-02-07 $ 11.95 (S: 0 A: 13) Winery

"DATE: 07-15-07 Appearance: Deep purple, inky.
Nose: Sweet cherry, blueberry, blackberry, a mineral quality.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Fruit-driven attack as palate nicely follows the nose. Freshness and fruit midpalate with a good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good baco for general red wine purposes (I like them best with a burger from the bbq). Should last up to ten years in a good cellar. The acidity in a good baco makes it last a long time, and go better with food than without for most people." lfw
FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Ripe cherries, berry and plum fruit, ready to drink now, or cellar for 3-5 years. Full body, great with steak or grilled meats."
