"DATE: 05-11-09 tasted during 2009 All Canadian Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Purple.
Nose: Fruity- cran/blueberry, red currant, sweet cherry - chocolate, vanilla and spicy oak.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate follows the nose. Big baco fruit with dusty tannins on the midpalate. Finish is good clean and dry.
Conclusions: Very modern baco good for six to eight years, softer than the classis style, good value." lfw
