"DATE: 08-22-07 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Light peach.
Palate: Off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate is peachy, more powerful than the nose suggests. Light tannins midpalate lead to a fruity but dry finish.
Conclusions: Not for long keeping (drink by the end of 2008). Would work really well with lightly flavoured white meats and fish dishes, especially if there is a sweet vegetable on the plate." lfw
