"DATE: 11-22-08 Appearance: Ruby / cranberry.
Nose: Raspberry pie including the spice.
Palate: Just off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose with a burst of fruit on the attack. Silky midpalate with a long clean drying finish and a nice mineral/herbal quality on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Nice fresh dryish raspberry wine that would sit nicely at the table with hot and spicy foods, with a cheese tray or slightly chilled on a hot day." lfw
