"DATE: 05-11-09 tasted during 2009 All Canadian Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Pink / light ruby.
Nose: Cherry, plum, strawberry with herbal and peppery notes.
Palate: Just off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate exceeds the nose. Drier than expected, nice fruity attack, with some warmth and light dusty tannins on the midpalate. Good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Lighter style of food rose for lighter foods over the next two to three years. Quite drinkable." lfw
