"DATE: 05-11-09 tasted during 2009 All Canadian Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Deep ruby.
Nose: Sweet oak, black cherry, light chocolate and light candied notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose. Somewhat austere midpalate. Finish is good, clean, long and dry with some herbal notes on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Food baco for the next six years, best with spicy foods, overloaded condiments on bbq food, and winedrinkers with real character. Very good value." lfw
