"DATE: 12-28-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Apple, butter, pear, light honey, mineral and floral notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose (perhaps a bit more weight than expected) Rich and even a little fat midpalate, with a good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Nicely maturing unoaked chard which should hold until 2010, getting richer enroute. Suitable now for most white wine standard situations, nice to see this 100% PEC fruit exhibit the mineral quality that I'm coming to expect from the County." lfw
FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Clean with a vibrant aroma of ripe green apple and gentle overtones of orange blossom and a touch of honey. Soft and quite rich in the mouth, with some nice expansion in the middle palate - green fruit, kiwi and macadamia nut nuances lead to a long rich finish."
