"03-01-08 Appearance: Deep straw.
Nose: Peach/apricot with light oak, butter, herbal notes, maturing nose.
Palate: Dry with moderate to good acidity, midweight plus. Rich vidal nicely follows the nose, somewhat austere in the midpalate, with a great long clean finish.
Conclusions: Interesting complex maturing vidal for this year or next. Not like Ontario Vidals, much richer, quite dry, would stand big food." lfw
