Inspiration 2003 was an apple ice wine derived from Jonagold and McIntosh apples. It delights the senses and lingers, caressing the palate with a hint of toasted hazelnuts.
Our Inspiration 2004 was a still cider made from apples for Frimas harvested during winter, herewith the second press, it was vinified dry.
Inspiration 2005 is an apple ice wine derived from rich sidements at the bottom of our tanks. This golden liquid has hints of roasted hazel nut. It will delight all your senses, caressing the palate."
"12-21-07 Appearance: Orange/white gold.
Nose: Intense green apple and spices, very fresh, very inviting.
Palate: Sweet with great acidity, midweight plus. Huge fresh apple flavours, big mouthfeel, yet well balanced. Very long clean finish is drier than you would expect due to the great acidity.
Conclusions: Wonderful apple icewine that should last twenty years, quite sweet but with incredibly refreshing acidity, this is probably best by itself, as food would only distract." lfw
