"DATE: 11-20-08 Appearance: Light green gold.
Nose: Lemon-lime, peach, honey, spices, light floral and herbal notes, quite inviting.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with some silky and soft notes on the midpalate. Finish is good, long and clean with a pleasant mineral note on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Nicely drinking now but I suspect this will go at least five years. Try this with hot and spicy foods, or by itself in social situations." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"This wine is slightly off dry with aromatic flavours of peach and citrus. It has been aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the floral and mineral notes."
