Nose: Moderate lemon-lime, spicy peach / apricot and mineral.
Palate: Off dry with moderate to good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose. Some richness on the soft/silky midpalate. Very good clean long drying finish.
Conclusions: Useful already with hot and spicy foods, will evolve over time into a lovely stand-alone sipper, and go ten years from harvest easily. Should develop petrol in five years." lfw
