Palate: Dry with soft acidity, heavyweight. Big butterscotch, apple/pear, tropical fruit, big big oak, alcohol and extract. Soft on the midpalate, some fat and a bit of heat on the long clean finish.
Conclusions: This is the Oak-Lover's style of Chardonnay, huge and buttery. Quite capable of another five years of ageing." lfw
