Palate: Dry with moderate to good acidity, light to midweight, palate follows the nose. Fresh fruit (pear) on the attack,with some silkiness on the midpalate with minerality showing on the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Unusual blend of 60% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Gris should last three years. Most useful with everyday meals and social situations - the glass after work for example. Do not pair with big-flavoured foods." lfw
