"DATE: 03-22-08 Appearance: Straw with light green tints.
Nose: Lemon-lime, citrus/grapefruit, pear, light spices and mineral.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose adding a pleasant zestry mouthfeel, very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Another excellent Niagara Riesling with a ten year future. Will likely develop petrol in five years, and become a chameleon at the table. Best now with flavourful foods, or as an aperitif. Nice first effort." lfw
