"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Salmon approaching cranberry.
Nose: Strawberry dominates but showing cherry and plum and a light floral note.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, adding something pear-like. Midpalate is silky and smooth, finish is good, clean and long.
Conclusions: Good off-dry rose very much in the social style will hold for a year or two, but is at peak right now for fresh fruitiness. This would work with hot or spicy foods (not too much hot or spicy though!) but is really built for conspicuous consumption." lfw
